These programs are designed for those comfortable with chin-ups and dips who want to progress to advanced skills like the planche, handstand push-up, and front lever. They introduce accessible progressions toward these skills while continuing to build overall strength, mobility, and muscle mass.
Level 1 will help you build a foundation with exercises such as assisted tuck planche push-ups, pike push-ups, and tuck front lever holds. Level 2 introduces challenging progressions such as back-to-wall handstand push-ups, floating pike push-ups, and tuck front lever raises.
These programs run for six weeks with five sessions per week.
Level 1: Chin-ups x10, dips x10, tuck front lever x10 secs
Level 2: Band-assisted muscle-up x3, tuck front lever raise x6, back-to-wall HSPU x3
