Learn the 90-degree and tiger bend HSPUHSPU
(5 PROGRAMS)
These programs are designed to help you master the freestanding handstand push-up (HSPU) while building overhead pushing strength. Two bonus programs address the 90-degree push-up and tiger bend HSPU.
Level 1 will help you build a foundation and unlock the wall HSPU. Level 2 integrates strength and balance training, to get your first freestanding HSPU. Level 3 will help you increase your freestanding and deep HSPU capacity. Upon completing these, you can progress to the Tiger Bend Program to help unlock the Tiger Bend HSPU, or the 90DPU Program to unlock the 90-degree push-up.
Note: Each level can be repeated multiple times before progressing.
These programs run for six weeks. Pick from training three days per week with HSPU-focused sessions or five days per week with two additional workouts dedicated to lower body and pulling exercises.
Level 1: Dips x10, push-ups x20, wall handstand
Level 2: Freestanding handstand x30 secs, wall HSPU x 3
Level 3: Freestanding HSPU x3
Tiger bend program: forearm stand x20 secs, freestanding HSPU x5
90-degree push-up program: bent-arm planche x10 secs, freestanding HSPU x5
