HANDSTAND
(3 PROGRAMS)
These programs are designed to take you from a complete beginner to mastering a balanced handstand. The exercises utilized will enhance upper body strength, mobility, and motor control.
Level 1 will help introduce you to inversions and build confidence for the wall handstand. Level 2 will help you learn how to balance a freestanding handstand. Level 3 will help you build further control and master the straddle and tuck handstand positions.
These programs run for eight weeks. Building from three to four handstand sessions per week.
Level 1: No prerequisites
Level 2: Chest-to-wall handstand x30 secs
Level 3: Freestanding handstand x10 secs
