Train with UFC champion Georges St-Pierre. This series includes three programs; Strength, Power, and All-Around. The Strength program is designed to increase your maximal force production, the Power program includes higher-velocity exercises to become more explosive, and the All-Around program aims to build strength, power, endurance, and mobility at the same time.

Each program runs for six weeks. Below are the training frequencies for each program:

  • Strength Program: three days per week
  • Power Program: three days per week
  • All-Around Program: five days per week

Perform any upper body exercise, but requires a little more floor space (35" x 39"). Setup in about 5 minutes and stores flat with rotating feet. Suitable for any level - easy to scale exercises with bands.
