Train with UFC champion Georges St-Pierre. This series includes three programs; Hybrid Strength, Hybrid Power, and Complete Athlete. The Strength program is designed to increase your maximal force production, the Power program includes higher-velocity exercises to become more explosive, and the All-Around program aims to build strength, power, endurance, and mobility simultaneously. You will use a combination of calisthenics movements and air resistance exercises using the BaseBlocks Air.
Each program runs for six weeks. Below are the training frequencies for each program:
- Hybrid Strength: three days per week
- Hybrid Power: three days
- Complete Athlete: five days per week

- Pull-up bar
- Dip bars
- Nordic bench
- Resistance bands (recommended)
- Weight vest or Weight belt (recommended)
